NEED to KNOW

TIME, LOCATION AND DISTANCES

 

  • Neptunas Eesti Ööjooks – Narva Autumn takes place on September 20, 2025, in Narva
  • NEW! The competition center and start/finish are located on Hariduse Street, next to the Fama Center
  • Timed distances with medals: Astri 2.5 km Youth Run, Stebby 5 km, Costume Run 5 km, and Neptunas 10 km (run/walk/Nordic walk). All start at 20:00
  • Neptunas Children’s Run distances (~150–200 m) also award medals. Starts begin at 18:30
  • The GPS-measured city loop is 2.5 km long, completed 1–4 times depending on the chosen distance. Children’s runs are held near the Fama Center (Hariduse Street)

 


 

REGISTRATION AND RE-REGISTRATION

 

  • Registration is available online while spots last. Name and distance changes can be made until 15.09.2025 via ööjooks.ee
  • Entry fees are higher on the event day (if spots remain). A €1 service fee applies to all online registrations

 

START MATERIAL PICK-UP

 

  • Start materials are available on 20.09.2025 from 16:00–19:30 at the competition center (Fama Center, Hariduse Street, near the stadium)
  • Bib numbers for children's runs will be distributed until 10 minutes before the first start (18:20)
  • Start materials are issued based on bib number – check yours (published the day before the event) on the organizer's website in the participants' list: ööjooks.ee
  • Children's race bibs are given by name
  • Participants must present ID if necessary
  • You may collect another participant’s materials with a simple letter of authorization or their ID card or copy/photo of it
  • Access to the starting area is based on the bib number. Please enter the start corral at least 5 minutes before your group’s start
  • IMPORTANT: Distribution of start materials ends at 19:30 on 20.09.2025 (for children's runs – at 18:20)

 


 

COURSE INFORMATION

 

  • The event offers a spectacle of lights, music, and fire show – an autumn highlight for all Night Run fans and newcomers
  • Astri 2.5 km Youth Run: 1 lap
  • Stebby 5 km & Costume Run 5 km: 2 laps
  • Neptunas 10 km: 4 laps
  • The course is lit by streetlights
  • Secured by volunteers and security staff
  • Marked with signage; kilometer markers appear every km on the right-hand side
  • 1 water station per lap: located near the start gate, as you begin the next lap. Offers Neptunas water and sweet drinks (Coca-Cola and/or iced tea)
  • Warm indoor space, cafés, and toilets are available in Fama Center for families and supporters

 


 

NEPTUNAS CHILDREN’S RUNS

 

  • Located at Hariduse Street, next to Fama Center. Starts begin at 18:30
  • Pre-registered children receive their bibs from the yellow children's run tent, by name
  • Open to children aged under 1 to 13 years (parents may accompany children)
  • Distances are ~150–200 m on asphalt
  • Participants receive a bib number, a recovery goodie bag from sponsors, the Night Run experience, and a medal

  • 18:30 Girls 0–3 y
  • 18:40 Boys 0–3 y
  • 18:50 Girls 4–5 y
  • 18:55 Boys 4–5 y
  • 19:00 Girls 6–7 y
  • 19:05 Boys 6–7 y
  • 19:10 Girls & Boys 8–10 y
  • 19:15 Girls & Boys 11–13 y

All registered children with bib numbers may participate regardless of arrival time. The schedule is approximate and may finish earlier than planned.

 


 

COSTUME RUN

 

  • Participants who purchased a Costume Run package are required to run in costume – a wig alone is not sufficient
  • Costume Run participants do not need to wear the Night Run shirt, but the bib number must be clearly visible
  • Participants with a discounted Costume Run package without a costume will be disqualified

 

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Participants are responsible for their own health condition upon entering the course
  • By entering the course, participants confirm they have sufficient physical ability and will seek help from volunteers or medical staff in case of health issues (medical aid is located in the competition area)

 

LAP COUNTING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!


Each participant must track the number of 2.5 km laps completed. After the required laps, turn off the course into the finish. You must know your lap count and finish at the correct time.

If moving at a slower pace, keep to the right side of the course to allow faster runners to pass on the left.

NO PETS allowed on the course.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

 

  • Children’s run participants receive a medal and a goodie bag at the finish
  • All 2.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km finishers receive a medal and a goodie bag
  • Top 3 women and men in Neptunas 10 km and Stebby 5 km are awarded with trophies and partner prizes
  • Stebby 5 km top 3 (F/M) receive Stebby gift cards:

  • Neptunas 10 km top 3 (F/M) receive cash prizes:
    €300 | €200 | €100
  • Award ceremony at 20:45 on September 20, 2025 at the competition center (Fama Center) – come cheer and celebrate!

 


 

PARKING, BAG STORAGE, SHOWERS & TOILETS

 

  • Paid bag storage (€2) available at the competition center from 18:30–22:00. Bring coins!
    Unclaimed bags after 22:00 will be disposed of
  • Organizers are not responsible for valuables left in storage. Use at your own risk
  • Free showers for participants at MyFitness gym inside Fama Center, with bib number
  • Toilets are located inside Fama Center, plus portable toilets in the competition area
  • Please use marked city parking spaces. Do not park in front of Fama Center, as access is restricted during the event

ORGANIZER RIGHTS

 

  • The organizer may switch to a virtual event if participant safety is at risk; participants agree to this when registering
  • The organizer may modify the event guide as needed
  • The organizer may deny access to the start area to disruptive persons
  • The organizer may disqualify any participant not complying with the rules
  • All photos and videos taken by the organizer may be used for marketing purposes
  • The organizer is not responsible for Force Majeure (e.g., epidemics, natural disasters). If the event is canceled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, entry fees will not be refunded
  • The organizer is not liable for errors in third-party timing services
  • Only official written protests submitted to the Night Run info desk by 22:00 on 20.09.2025 will be accepted.
    Protest fee: €20, processed within 7 days. Fee is refunded only if the protest is upheld
