TIME, PLACE AND DISTANCES
Neptunas Eesti Ööjooks – Narva Autumn will take place on 20 September 2025 in Narva.
NEW! Start/finish will be located on Hariduse Street next to the Fama Centre.
Event centre (race pack pickup) will be inside the Fama Centre (at the RIMI entrance).

Start time: 20:00 (Neptunas 10 km); 20.04 - all other distances
Distances for Neptunas Children’s Runs with medals: approx. 150–200 m.
Start time: 18:30
The city route is GPS-measured, 2.5 km long. Depending on the chosen distance, participants will complete 1–4 laps. Neptunas Children’s Runs will take place near the Fama Centre (Hariduse Street).
REGISTRATION AND RE-REGISTRATION

Online registration is open until all starting places are filled.

Name and distance re-registration is possible until 15.09.2025: ööjooks.ee

On race day, the participation fee is higher (if places are available).
-
An additional €1 service fee applies to each registration.
RACE PACK PICKUP
-
Distribution on 20.09.2025 from 16:00–19:30 at the event centre, inside the Fama Centre (Rimi entrance).
-
Children’s race numbers will be distributed only until 18:20 (10 minutes before the first children’s start).
-
Race packs are issued based on start number – start numbers will be published one day before the race on ööjooks.ee.

Children’s race numbers will be distributed by name.
-
Participants must be able to present an ID card if requested.
-
Collecting another participant’s pack is possible with a simple authorisation letter or with their ID card/copy (including photo on phone).
-
Entry to the start area is only with a bib number. Participants should be in the start corral at least 5 minutes before their group start.
IMPORTANT: Distribution of race packs ends on 20.09.2025 at 19:30 (children’s races at 18:20).
COURSE ORGANISATION

Neptunas Eesti Ööjooks – Narva Autumn offers an experience of lights, music and fire show – an autumn highlight for all Night Run fans and newcomers.
-
Astri 2.5 km Youth Run – one lap (2.5 km), open to all ages.
-
Stebby 5 km and Costume Run 5 km – two laps of 2.5 km.
-
Neptunas 10 km – four laps of 2.5 km.
-
Routes are lit with streetlights.
-
Volunteers and security staff will ensure safety on the course.
-
Kilometres are marked on the right-hand side.
-
One refreshment point on the lap: located after the start gate when heading into the next lap. Drinks available: Neptunas water and a sweet drink (Coca-Cola and/or iced tea).

Families and supporters have access to warm indoor facilities, cafés and toilets inside the Fama Centre. Catering partner: KFC restaurant.
NEPTUNAS CHILDREN’S RUNS
-
Location: Hariduse Street, next to Fama Centre. Starts from 18:30 (by age groups – schedule available on site).
-
Number pickup only until 18:20.
-
Pre-registered participants will get their numbers from the yellow children’s tent at Fama Centre.
-
Open for ages from under 1 year up to 13 years (may run hand-in-hand with parents).
-
Distance: approx. 150–200 m, on asphalt surface.
-
Each participant will receive a bib, a recovery gift bag from partners, a medal and the Night Run experience.
All registered children wearing a bib are allowed to participate, regardless of arrival time. The schedule is approximate – runs may end earlier depending on weather and number of participants.
COSTUME RUN
-
Participants who purchased the Costume Run package must wear a costume (a wig alone is not sufficient).
-
Those who registered for the discounted Costume Run package but appear without a costume will be disqualified by referees.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
-
Each participant is responsible for their own health and fitness.
-
By starting, the participant confirms they are fit to complete the course and in case of health issues will seek help from volunteers or medical staff (medical support located in the event centre).
NOTE:
-
Participants are solely responsible for counting their laps. Depending on the chosen distance, the 2.5 km lap must be completed 1–4 times, after which the participant must turn off the course into the finish.

Keep right if running/walking at a slower pace – faster participants will pass on the left.
-
Pets are not allowed on the course.
-
Choose a suitable pace to ensure good feeling and avoid health issues.
Finish: after each lap, continue through the start gate keeping right. The finish line is to the left (towards Fama Centre).
AWARDS AND PRIZES
-
All children’s run participants will receive a medal at the finish and a gift bag inside the Fama Centre.
-
Finishers of 2.5 km, 5 km and 10 km will receive a medal and a gift bag from partners.
-
Top 3 women and men in Neptunas 10 km and Stebby 5 km will be awarded cups and partner prizes.
-
Stebby 5 km winners also receive Stebby gift cards (I place – €200; II place – €100; III place – €50).

Neptunas 10 km winners receive cash prizes (I place – €300; II place – €200; III place – €100).

Award ceremony: 20.09.2025 at 20:50 in the finish area near Fama Centre (in case of bad weather – indoors).
PARKING, BAG STORAGE, SHOWERS AND TOILETS
-
Paid bag storage (€2) available at Fama Centre finish area from 18:30 until 22:00. Bring coins! Items not collected by 22:00 will be disposed of by the organiser.

The organiser is not responsible for valuables left in bag storage.

Free changing rooms and showers available in MyFitness gym (inside Fama Centre) upon showing bib number.

Toilets available in Fama Centre and portable toilets in the start/finish area.

Participants should park in designated city parking areas. Parking in front of Fama Centre is prohibited – exit will be blocked during the event.

In case of risk to participants’ health/safety, the event may be held virtually – by registering, participants accept this possibility.

To make necessary changes to the guide.

To deny entry to start/finish area to disruptive persons.

To disqualify participants not following the rules.

To use photos and videos taken at the event for marketing purposes.

Not responsible for cancellation due to Force Majeure (incl. epidemics, pandemics, natural forces). Participation fees will not be refunded if cancellation is beyond organiser’s control.

Not responsible for the timing company’s work.

Only written protests submitted officially at the info desk by 22:00 on 20.09.2025 will be accepted. Protest fee: €20 (refunded only if accepted).
