What is the difference between Friday and Saturday?
MOVEMENT PARTY – August 15, 2025 (Friday)
- The route features live performers: orchestras, choirs, DJs, acrobats, dancers.
- The route is crowded, so it might not be ideal for competitive runners aiming for a fast time – the goal is to get people moving and inspire them with an attractive experience.
- Expected number of participants: 3,500–4,000.
SPORTS DAY – August 16, 2025 (Saturday)
- Features the most unique half marathon route in the Baltics (officially certified route pass).
- The course includes four laps, each conquering two low-gradient parking houses.
- There are no live performers along the route, due to the up-to-3-hour completion time of the half marathon (music and lighting elements are used instead).
- Fewer participants, making it better suited for competitive athletes seeking good results (better course flow).
- Expected number of participants: 1,000–1,500.
- Most of the prize money is awarded on Saturday for the half marathon and 10.54 km distances.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Medals differ between Friday and Saturday.
- Routes are different each day.
- Start time on Friday is 22:00, on Saturday 21:00.
- On both days, participation is only allowed wearing the Ülemiste Ööjooks 2025 shirt, which comes with the entry (included in the price).
- With the COMBO package, you can participate on both nights at a better price (two medals, two unique routes and experiences, one shirt). Spend one night participating in easy pace with family and the other challenging yourself – alone, with friends, training partners, or colleagues. Or the other way around.
