What is Ülemiste Night Run?
It’s a movement experience. An event created by the organizers in a way they themselves would want to participate in. Ülemiste Night Run is part of the trademark "Eesti Ööjooks (Night Run Estonia)", which has been taking place regularly in Estonia since 2011. The Ülemiste edition has been organized in Tallinn and Ülemiste City since 2020.
The focus is on: Attractive routes (a new and beautiful urban environment, landmarks, running through parking houses and other buildings). Music, light shows, and performers along the route. An immersive start and a festive finish with flame machines, LED screens, smoke effects, and other show technologies.
The aim is to make running and movement inspiring for participants—instead of dull, boring, or difficult. This event is suitable for hobbyists, beginners, and those looking to change their lifestyle. All participants are respected equally, regardless of their chosen way of moving (running, walking, Nordic walking, power walking).
Participants receive medals and gift bags, and the race is completed wearing an official event T-shirt, which is included in the participation fee. The shirt color and design change every year, creating a new level of unity and visual experience. Imagine a sea of yellow, blue, white, or red runners flowing through Ülemiste City, between skyscrapers and near the Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport.
The start and finish line are located in front of Estonia's largest and best shopping center – Ülemiste Center.
Parking at Ülemiste City (behind Ülemise Center) is free that evening.
