What are interval starts? The interval starts first implemented in 2018 within Võsu received the Running Innovation Award at the domestic running conference in 2019. The purpose of interval starts is to reduce bottlenecks and congestion in the start corridor. That is, essentially right from the start, all participants have the opportunity to develop a speed suitable for them. Both an elite class competitor and an ordinary hobbyist/jogger can be on the starting line together. Don't get ahead of each other. Despite this, we kindly ask those who take it easy not to start from the first waves.

Timing starts when crossing the timing mats at the start, and interval starts allow the event to be held without disturbing people walking and walking in urban areas too much. The "goosebump" of the participants can easily pass parents walking with strollers or couples holding hands.
