Virtual Participation

• Event Period: August 3 – September 3, 2025.
• Distances: Stebby 5 km, Neptunas 10 km, and Cappy Children’s Run.
• Participation Modes: Running, walking, Nordic walking, or wheelchair use. Motorized or electric-assisted devices (e.g., bikes) are prohibited.
• Location and Time: Participants can complete their chosen distance at any location and time within the event period (does not need to be in Tallinn).

Registration and Fees

• Registration: Available at eestimaraton.ee.
• Fees:
  • Stebby 5 km and Neptunas 10 km: €20 (includes VAT, result management fee, and medal shipping costs).
  • Cappy Children’s Run: €9 (includes VAT and medal shipping costs).

Submitting Results

• How to Submit:
  1. Find your name in the registration list (use the search bar if needed).
  2. Add your result or confirm participation (for Cappy Children’s Run) using the link next to your name.
• Deadline: Results must be submitted by September 3, 2025, at 23:59. Late submissions will not be processed, and medals will not be shipped (no exceptions).

Medals and Delivery

• Participants who complete their run and submit results on time will receive a medal via Smartpost Itella parcel machines in Estonia.
• Note: Be precise when entering your parcel machine details during result submission.
• Shipping Dates: Medals will be shipped from September 9–11, 2025.
  • If your medal does not arrive in a reasonable time, contact: info@eestimaraton.ee.

Important Notes

• Virtual participants will not receive the standard event race bib or a finisher’s bag (containing partner products, mostly drinks).
• E-Diplomas: Virtual participants can download an e-diploma from the results page.
