Virtual Participation

GUIDE TO VIRTUAL RUNNING EVENT

• Event Period: Revin Grupp Midsummer Challenge - Võsu Virtual Run takes place from May 15 to June 25, 2025.
• Distances: Participants can register for the 4 km, 10 km, or the Neptunas Children's Run.
• Accepted Modes of Participation: Distances can be completed by running, walking, Nordic walking, or using a wheelchair. Use of motorized/electric aids (e.g., bicycles) is prohibited.
• Location: The run can be completed anywhere and at any time within the specified period; participation is not restricted to Võsu.

Registration and Fee

• Registration: Available on the event's official platform ööjooks.ee.
• Fee:
  • 4 km & 10 km: €25 (includes VAT, results management, and medal shipping).
  • Neptunas Children's Run: €9.

Submitting Results

• Process:
  • Locate your name in the registration list on the results submission page. Use the search function if necessary.
  • Add your result by clicking the link next to your name.
• Deadline: Results must be submitted no later than June 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
• Important: Late submissions will not be accepted, and medals will not be sent. No exceptions.

Medal Delivery

• Eligible Participants: Only those who complete the race and submit results within the deadline will receive medals.
• Delivery Method: Medals will be sent via Itella Smartpost parcel lockers within Estonia.
  • Provide your preferred locker details when submitting your results.
• Timeline: Medals will be dispatched between July 2 and 4, 2025. Delivery is expected by July 8, 2025.
  • If you haven’t received your medal by this date, contact info@eestimaraton.ee.

Additional Information

• Virtual participants will not receive:
  • The bib number or the finisher's gift bag with sponsor products (e.g., beverages) given during the in-person event.
• An e-diploma can be downloaded from the results page.
• Medal shipping: Restricted to addresses within Estonia.
